SNOVI ("we", "us") is a small design studio. This page explains what happens to your information when you use the contact form on this site.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

Your name
Your email address
The message you write

We don't use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts on this site. We only collect what you type into the form, and only when you submit it.

Why we collect it

Solely to read your message and reply to you about your project or enquiry. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell or share them with anyone.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored in a Postgres database (hosted by Supabase). The database is locked down with row-level security: it cannot be read or written through any public API, and only our server can insert new messages. No one else has access to this data.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to respond to you, and delete them once the conversation is resolved. If you'd like your message removed sooner, just ask — see contact details below.
